Our story
Real food starts with real land.
We're a small family farm on the open range of White Sulphur Springs, Montana. This is what we do, and we do it with care.
Why Guernsey?
When we set out to raise dairy cattle, we didn't want just any breed. Guernsey cows are known for producing milk with naturally higher butterfat, more beta-carotene, and a golden color that tells you something real is in there.
More importantly, our Guernseys carry the A2A2 beta-casein gene — both copies. That means every drop of milk from our herd is true A2A2, which many families find far easier to digest than conventional dairy.
Why raw?
Pasteurization kills pathogens — but it also kills beneficial enzymes, good bacteria, and much of what makes fresh milk nutritious. We believe in milk the way it was before industrial processing changed everything.
Raw milk from healthy, well-cared-for animals on clean pasture is what generations of families drank. We're proud to offer that same thing to our neighbors in Montana.
The land and the animals.
Our farm sits along US Highway 12 in the Meagher County valley. The land is open, the air is clean, and our animals have room to be animals. Our hens roam freely, and our Guernsey cows graze on Montana pasture the way cattle are meant to.
We know our animals by name. We watch over them every day. That relationship — between the farmer, the animal, and the land — is what makes the difference in what ends up on your table.
